Hello guys,pls I really need Ur help?

I have big troubles with my pc,Im sure its infected by a bad virus,Its so so slow and it freezes lots and lots,so I cant even run my antivirus program to scan it,pls tell me what I can do,I need Ur help so badly as I dont know what to do.By the way this happened when I donwloaded an antivirus program yesterday and I have a laptop Dell Inspiron 6000.Thanx so much in advance and Im waiting for Ur answers.

I am assuming that your computer was working fine before you downloaded and installed the anti-virus program.

1. You might have more than one anti-virus program working at the same time. Having more than one anti-virus program will cause your computer to have a conflict with each other. This will make your computer slow, unresponsive or freezes up. If you have more than one anti-virus program, delete one of them or delete both of them, restart your pc and re-install the anti-virus program you want.

2. You might not have enough RAM on your computer. Right click on "My Computer, left click on "Properties". Under the general tab, lower right hand side you"ll see ### KB RAM. Write down or remember the RAM size. You will than right click on your task bar and left click on "Task Manager". Left click on the "Performance" tab. There should be a window that says "MEM Usage" or memory usage. That will tell you how much RAM your using. If this RAM is more than what your computer has installed, you need to add more RAM or delete programs or services you dont need. If its less RAM being used, than you might have a virus.
