Try AVG antivirus by Grisoft, I use it myself http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/... It just came out with a new improved version. For antispyware I use two programs the first and best being Adaware SE http://www.download.com/3000-2144-100459...

the other being Spybot search and destroy http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-De...
