You didn't say which Brontok remover you plan to use, but this one here gets good results:

Also you didn't say if or which full-time antivirus you have. If you need an antivirus, I suggest either Avast or Avira, but *not* AVG. AVG's detection rates are poor in comparison to Avira and Avast.
