Temporary problem uploading your file - Please try again, etc.?

I have this problem with one Yahoo account. I can upload and attach files from other Yahoo accounts on the same computer.

Spyware and antivirus scans are clean.

Does anyone have any experience with this issue?

yes I have this issue all the time.its yahoo that has a bug and sometimes dont work right. use the yahoo help email and get an answer from them. they can %26 will help. good luck.
