Anyone know why there is a problem with NAV 9.0 on a Powerbook G4 OSX Tiger? NAV Autoprotect does not load when i start my Powerbook but the logo is there on the bar and i can scan for viruses... But it slowed down my mac.. it takes a long time for me to shut down but I get an unknown error when I tried to uninstall it.. is there another way to uninstall?? Please help. Thanks.

Call them for help - but also make sure you unistall in proper order. There are more than one items to NAV
