Review this and reboot into ''Safe Mode'' and then run a new full scan..... This stops the trojan process from running with basic start up services in Safe Mode.....

It should have quarantined them when it found them. You may need to go to Trends web site and download an upgrade. I have Windows Vistas and had to download the new update to make it compatible with Windows Vistas. It is a free upgrade. Other than that I've had no problems with getting rid of trojans.
Try performing a scan in safe mode, F8 @ startup. I would also download SuperAntispyware Free Edition from http://www.superantispyware.com. Install, update, and run a complete scan. Maybe necessary to scan in safe mode as well. As a final measure I would do a free online malware scan and removal @ http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/ (use internet explorer).

This will remove the malware infecting your machine.
