How do you delete old log entries from symantec antivirus risk history?

I posted a question earlier about trojan exploit 131. I ran the virus scan with system restore disabled. But now I want to delete the risk history, it says it was left alone/ logged. I tried to clean, delete, and quarantine and it won't let me. Someone said that you can delete the log entries from risk history on the previous question I asked, but how is this done? Also someone said to do a search for the file with all options available (ie show hidden/system files) How do you do this?
