Presently i dont have any antivirus or spyware in my computer.perhaps some virus affected?

it is closing all programmes n not allowing any downloads or installations.I did kaspersky online scanning,it just showed infected objects n skipped.how to remove the infected objects.It showed trojan affected.can u pls suggest any online trojan remover without downloading (since ths virus automatically closing all downloading applications.) URGENT

Downloading and installing Avast or Avira on your computer or download it from another computer and send it to a USB.After you have done that update Avast or Avira antivirus then do a full scan.Here are some online scans for you.
