the recommended action after scan is move to chest but it still gets detected. i have tried the avast cleaner but its not working what do i do next.

Maybe your could try removing Avast and purchase a better piece of anti-virus software such as Kaspersky or NOD32.

Avast is not a strong enoug Anti Virus. It only can detect trojan, but it cannot remove it. Well, try to purchase Kaspersky Anti Virus or Kaspersky Internet Securiy. It works well for me.
I used to use Avast also, but lately, AVG is higher rated,a nd doesn't require you to register, like AVAST does.

cnet.com is still the easiest download to find, and I have found it good to great at getting the stuff that AVAST missed.

If you are using a pirated version of Avast simply don't waste time and format ur system, Bcoz at this moment none of the tricks is going to work for u.
