I have a problem with my laptop.its a HP pavilion dv2000.?

i have quickplay and its quick launch buttons have gone haywire.the quickplay screen pops up just by itself,the volume increases and decreases by itself. i have used antivirus to scan da computer but nothing seems to be there.help!!mreover,i cnt read multi movie or something named superbit DVDS in my drive.whatz wrong??

First of all check ur anti- viurs (i.e whether it is updated or not). If possible try to scan ur laptop with Avast Anti -virus home edition.

If this doesnt help then contact customer care helpline. They might have the solution or I would say just reinstall ur OS.
