MSVCR80.dll question?help please?

MSVCR80.dll? my Microsoft Word 2007 doesn't work and pops up a warning when I open it it says my MSVCR80.dll is not found. Then I downloaded MSVCR80.dll over the internet now it pops up a new error message. the exact error message is: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click OK to terminate the application" WHAT SHOULD I DO TO FIX THIS? Thanks in advance!

I already pasted the new MSVCR80.dll on my system32..

I can use my MS Word Before. I Just encountered Problems on MSVCR80.dll when I Installed Vista Transformation Pack..But I'm Sure it Isn't a virus I Updated My Antivirus and scanned It before I Installed

I suggest you to re install Microsoft Office again, and it will work perfectly.
