I have viruses and other malware?

Okay, this is question:

I think I may have a virus. I have used ad-aware SE personal and Symantec antivirus full scans already, yet I still have a lot of problems.

1. Slower than usual

2. After logging on, it takes a long time for taskbar and desktop icons to show up

3. Occasional IE7 popup

4. When I use firefox, occasional popup about WinAntiVirus (which I know is unclean)

5. SLOWER THAN USUAL

system restore will not remove a virus, you have to run a virus cleanup scan. here is one I have used from avast, if you decide to download the complete free anit virus program it will automatically run this virus cleaner program when running your scan.
