I cannot open Mozilla Firefox browser?

I formatted my PC 2 days back. I have installed McAfee Antivirus and scanned the PC and found no virus. I installed Mozilla Firefox browser latest version 2.0.0.11. But I am not able to open Mozilla Firefox browser, the window itself never opens. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Mozilla Firefox for 3 times, yet It's helpless, still I could not open Mozilla Firefox browser. Can anybody help me Please
