MSVCR80.dll help please?

MSVCR80.dll? my Microsoft Word 2007 doesn't work and pops up a warning when I open it it says my MSVCR80.dll is not found. Then I downloaded MSVCR80.dll over the internet now it pops up a new error message. the exact error message is: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click OK to terminate the application" WHAT SHOULD I DO TO FIX THIS? Thanks in advance!

I already pasted the new MSVCR80.dll on my system32..

What should I do????

I can use my MS Word Before. I Just encountered Problems on MSVCR80.dll when I Installed Vista Transformation Pack..But I'm Sure it Isn't a virus I Updated My Antivirus and scanned It before I Installed.

I need a suggestion other than reinstalling Microsoft Office.

I'd suggest you restore your system back to a day where it worked at this point. It's the fastest and easiest way.

i was going to say to paste it into ur system32. try and paste it into system, not system32 then reboot. if that doesnt work uninstall program then reinstall....
Try using system restore. If it doesn't do it reinstalling is the only way.
