How to protect my computer??? (updated)?

I asked this question about a week ago but updated somethings that i do. So what do you guys think??

I try to keep my computer clean with virus checks and more this is what I do weekly:

(i have xp)

1. Delete: Cookies, Temporary Internet Files, and History

2. Delete: My Recent Documents

3. Check Disk

4. Disk Cleanup

5. Disk Defragmenter

6. Back up stuff on my external drive and 2nd internal drive

7. Get windows updates

8. Update and scan with Antivirus and Antispy

9. Update and scan with Ad Aware

10. Update and scan with Windows Defender

11. Update and enable Spyware Blaster

12. Check and make sure Windows Firewall is on

Is that enough?? anything missing??

Use a mac perhaps. No virus's or spam. Windows sucks. Vista sucks more. 98 is ok. the best is 95 because you cant do anything on it. Go with mac, the new opearating system is out soon and people from pc world are saying its the best ever. Macs rule, so do ipods.
You could save yourself a bit of time using a program called CrapCleaner...

But other than that I believe you are covering the bases quite well.
