I can't attach email addresses from my address book. Could this be an email virus?

There is also a clicking sound when I click on "insert addresses". Also, my inbox is down about 4 inches from the top of the page which gets filled with pop up ads. And my computer is just generally acting up...slow, constant script error windows popping up, strange chirping sounds, etc. Our roommate used our computer for the past few weeks, trying to meet people, dating, finding a roommate, openning emails from people he doesn't know, etc. I'm quite sure his use is the source of the problem. The whole computer world is very new to him and he probably clicked on some adds for this that and the other thing. Norton Antivirus is scanning right now and so far it hasn't detected anything. I'm not sure that my subscription is current, but it is still scanning.

It may be a gli i i i tch caused by some changes being made on the server that handles your email. I see a lot of other people having problems with their email box.

Your email processes will run slow because of those aggravating ads, you should notice a speed up when they finish.

Norton is a resource hog (acts like a virus) and couldn't catch a virus if he was a security guard at a kindergarten school.
