a different page, a blank window opens and my computer freezes up. i bought norton antivirus and scanned it a few times. norton removed a trojan worm, but the problem is still happening. what can i do? please help......

hey try download Mozilla firefox nd use it instead of Internet Explorer

or go to internet properties and nd click on default option everywhere i:e general, securities,......
I mean Check You IE Verision Find It On Microsoft's Website Download it Uninstall Your IE Then Instal It Agian Contact me if this doesnt work
